This annual conference serves as the regional meeting of physician and staff leaders from 13 state chapters of the American Academy of Family Physicians (from across the upper Midwest and east coast states). Agenda includes accredited education (CME), leadership and professional development sessions, national and state level advocacy topics, current issues roundtables and chapter best practices.
Ten State Constituent Chapters include CT, DE, IL, IN, KY, MA, MI, MN, NJ, NY, OH, PA and WI.
Registration Fees

We are planning a highly interactive, two-track agenda, with accredited CME sessions for physician attendees running concurrently alongside professional development sessions for chapter staff. Hot topic plenary sessions will bring both groups together to maximize collaboration and brainstorming.
