The Pennsylvania Academy of Family Physicians invites its members to apply as faculty for an upcoming CME event. Proposed sessions should be evidence-based and directly relevant to primary care.

2026 – 2027 Schedule
We are currently accepting speaker applications for the following conferences:
Spring CONNECT Conference
The Landing Hotel, Pittsburgh, PA – April 9-10, 2027
Speaker Submission Deadline: December 15, 2026
Summer SEA-M-E Conference
Hyatt Place Hotel, Dewey Beach, DE – June 6-10, 2027
Speaker Submission Deadline: January 15, 2027
Speaker Details & Compensation
- Honorarium
- One room for one evening at the host facility at the lowest group rate (If traveling at least 40 miles one way). It is the responsibility of the individual to make his/her own travel arrangements.
- Mileage allowance at IRS current rate; $450 max on flight expenses, plus ground travel.
- Meals for the 24-hour period up to $75. Meal expenses above $75 will not be reimbursed. Faculty should participate in the attendee conference meals.

- Submission of an application does not guarantee a speaking spot. PAFP reserves the right to decline any speaker application at its sole discretion.
- The PAFP may take photographs and/or record audio and video at this event. By attending, you consent to the use of photographs, audio, and video recording of you by the PAFP and its designees in PAFP communications and promotions, or for any other lawful purpose.
