Friday Arrivals
There will be an envelope at the Sheraton Registration Desk when you check-in. Make sure they give you your envelope! It will include your badge. If there is not a final agenda in there, you can access that via our conference app Whova. Instructions on downloading and using the app are above. Lanyards and tote bags will be available for pickup at the registration desk on Saturday.

CME Session Recordings
Clinical sessions that will be recorded will be made available on www.pafp.com about three weeks post conference. Look for the black R symbol on the agenda for confirmation on those sessions.
Translation to Practice (t2p®)
Following this CME activity, participants will have the opportunity to earn an additional two Prescribed credits for participation in each Translation to Practice® exercise. Evaluations – Your feedback is important!
Session Evaluations are shared with the speakers to help them create better presentations for the future. There is a QR Code for each session evaluation. The QR Codes will be on the online handouts, the last slide in the session room. There is also a link in the session description on the Whova App.

EEDS CME Reporting
EEDS CME Reporting Tool
Your PAFP membership gives you free access to eeds, a powerful CME reporting and tracking tool. PAFP pays your subscription fee for you.
The system classifies patient safety, Act 124 Opioid education, and Act 31 Child Protection/Abuse education automatically so you can print out a transcript for any given period and keep for your personal files. In the event of a CME audit, you can submit this to the state as proof of meeting all of your requirements.
