- Know how to alleviate the stress and cope with the trauma experienced while providing care to patients in the time of a global pandemic;
- Be able to develop strategies that encourage peer-to-peer support within practice that can benefit well-being during a crisis;
- Be able to develop an actionable strategy to help them cope with stress and anxiety that aligns with their practice style, values, and availability.
