| Becoming a Member |
The Pennsylvania Academy of Family Physicians (PAFP) is the third-largest state chapter of the AAFP - with more than 4,800 members - and is the only state organization dedicated to representing your needs and interests as a family physician. By joining or renewing your membership to the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), you are automatically enrolled with the PAFP.

To transfer your state membership to Pennsylvania, please complete the AAFP Relocation Form or call the AAFP at 1 (800) 274-2237.
Have you recently graduated, changed jobs, moved or changed your phone number? If so, please fill out and submit the PAFP Member Update Form so you can continue to receive information about all PAFP membership benefits. We will send all changes to the AAFP for their records. |
