Learning Objectives:
1. Use objective criteria and self-assessment scales to make the diagnosis of Adult ADHD to support the clinician’s intuitive diagnosis of Adult ADHD.

2. Make a functional balance of the positive and negative aspects of pharmacologic treatment of Adult ADHD including risks versus benefits of stimulant medication and diversion; medication costs versus improvement in quality of life.

3. Implement three or more non-pharmacologic strategies to improve the function and daily behaviors across domains of Adult ADHD.

4. Assess the common co-morbidities of Adult ADHD that obscure its diagnosis and worsen the prognosis.
