REPORT: MOST U.S. KIDS GETTING VACCINATED (Aug. 28, 2015)
Although pockets of resistance exist, Health Day reports that most U.S. kids are getting the vaccinations they need. Federal health officials report more than nine out of 10 children who entered kindergarten last year were protected with the proper immunizations. Less than 1 percent of children receive no vaccinations. |

PHYSICIAN SATISFACTION WITH EHRs DECLINES (Aug. 26, 2015)
In 2010, 61 percent of physicians said they were "satisfied" or "very satisfied" with their electronic health record systems. But that number has dropped to 34 percent, reports the American Academy of Family Physicians. Some suggest government initiatives like meaningful use have contributed to the decline. |
